Yummmm... avocado.
Who knew avocado could be so good?! And that it does more than guacamole and Mexican Food? Being a healthy monounsaturated fat with loads of fiber, avocado is a great substitute for butter or oil in many dessert recipes, and this is no exception. My favorite light dessert thus far, avocado makes this mousse silky smooth, and you can easily trick your loved ones since no one will be able to guess it's the star of the show!

Ingredients
Directions
Put all ingredients in a food processor, process until smooth, and serve chilled.
Store unused portions in fridge with surface covered in plastic wrap to avoid browning.

- 3 ripe avocados
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup coconut milk (or almond milk)
- 1/3 cup pure maple syrup (or honey)
- a few drops of pure vanilla extract
- pinch of cinnamon
